Tags & Pan Pastels

I thought I would share these two tags I made for the shop using Pan Pastels and stamps from Dylusions. The Pan Pastels give a very smooth surface to stamp onto and I love being able to mix the colours very easily. I used the Picket Fence Distress Markers to add a border and the heart was made from UTEE.

Get Ready.....

Well its almost that time of the year when crafting eyes are focussed on one blog -  http://timholtz.typepad.com/ For those of you who dont know Tim spends December making Tags, this has become a little tradition and is known as The 12 Tags of Christmas.
We will be following him closely too and using his ideas to create our own take on his tags. We would love to see yours as well and will be making a page featuring our followers tags/cards/ATC's/scrap pages, so if you would like to see yours featured please email a good quality photograph to helen@itscraftingtime.com. All entries will be entered into a prize draw and a winner chosen at randon.
These are Tim's tags from last year, to see more check out the Tags Galore! page at the top of the blog.

Christmas Decoration

This is a lovely and very simply decoration that anyone who can fold a piece of paper can make! If you've ever done any teabag folding then you won't have any problems at all. The one tip I would give would be to use thin paper and it helps if it is double sided too. I will pop a tutorial page up so you can all have a go in the next few days, I would love to see your results either email a pic or bring into the shop for us to see.
